Process for Planning a Highrise Remodel:
- Call Apple Cabinetry & Design: You can provide us with plans from your own source or we can assist in helping you choose a fantastic architect. We are even equipped to layout the design with you if there are no structural changes required.
- Design & Budget: The design should be worked up and created by assessing your current needs and goals. The budget will be determined from the design so that all parties can plan accordingly. We will present your final costs to you at this stage of the project - no surprises later.
- Having Apple Cabinetry by your side: Someone from Apple Cabinetry & Design will always be present on the site while work is in progress - even if the work is being done by someone you hired or one of our subcontractors. We stand by our construction commitments. This is done in the interest of the property owner, unless of course you have already arranged someone else to oversee the site.
- Making Changes: Clients are granted the ability to make changes throughout the process. Most companies will charge their clients for what they consider to be an inconvenience. Apple Cabinetry & Design will allow for any changes of a reasonable nature at no additional charge - clients are responsible for just the materials and labor costs.
- Almost complete: When a project is coming to the finishing stages it is important to review the work on a consistent basis to make sure we are delivering a finished product that is to the client's satisfaction. We like to keep the client's high expectations in mind for the task at hand.
- Our Guarantee: We guarantee that our workmanship will last for as long as you own it. Period. In reality, we never actually "finish" our work because we are constantly called upon to build on to the existing projects and to even start new ones for them. We've even completed three very extensive remodels for the same client.
